Meet Dr. Sailer
Luke Sailer, DDS
Dr. Luke Sailer grew up in Minnesota’s lakes country, where faith, family, hard work, and caring for your neighbors were more than values–they were a way of life. Those roots taught him that with dedication and perseverance the dreams you are willing to work for can become a reality. They are the same values that ultimately brought him home to build his career, raise his family, and serve the community that helped shape him.
Dr. Sailer graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in biology before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2021.
For Dr. Sailer, dentistry is about far more than treating teeth, it is about caring for people and building relationships that last. His faith has helped shape the way he approaches both life and his profession: work hard, remain humble, treat people with kindness, and always strive to do what is right. He believes every patient deserves to be treated the way he would want his own family to be treated, with honesty, respect, compassion, and exceptional care.
Dr. Sailer takes the time to listen, clearly explain treatment options, and make informed decisions together with his patients so they can feel comfortable and confident in their care. He believes trust is earned through consistency, integrity, and following through on the commitments you make to others.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sailer enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and their dogs and cats. Together, they enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and making the most of everything the lakes area has to offer.
Dr. Sailer is incredibly grateful to practice dentistry close to where he grew up and to serve the families and communities of the lakes area. He believes that hard work and dedication can sustain a dream; but faith, purpose, and the people beside you are what give that dream meaning.
